Stetson University College of Law (Tampa)

FleischmanGarcia was selected by Stetson University College of Law to master plan the 6.3-acre old police station site on Tampa Street, and to design the buildings for the law school's new Tampa campus.

FleischmanGarcia was retained by the Out-of-Door Academy to design a Fine Arts Center on a small plot of land adjacent to the existing gymnasium.

St. Petersburg College Technology & Business Development Center

Known as the EpiCenter and the crown jewel of St. Petersburg College, FleischmanGarcia designed a 131,000 sq. ft. joint-use facility shared by both St. Petersburg College and Pinellas County.

FleischmanGarcia was retained by Metropolitan Ministries, the School District of Hillsborough County, and the City of Tampa to design 19,375 SF K-5 Elementary School, located just north of Miracle Place, within the Tampa Heights Historic District.
