The clubhouse not only serves the students of FSU but also the Dedman School of Hospitality and Professional Golf Management at Florida State University.

Designed to complement the Jacobean architectural style of the traditional academic buildings on the FSU campus, the new 60,000 sq. ft. clubhouse is primarily of brick with pre-cast concrete features. The front of the building welcomes visitors with a covered drop-off and an arched arcade that connects the two wings of the building.

The new clubhouse is unique in that it represents the collaboration among three FSU departments: The Department of Hospitality Administration in the College of Business, the Department of Business Services and the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics. The new facility provides instructional space featuring two teaching labs, a new practice facility for the FSU Golf Team with covered teeing stations, offices, team meeting room and lounge, pro shop, grill room/bar, public lockers/showers, exterior covered deck, and golf cart storage facility.
